We’re proud to announce that Skydiamond has been recognised in The Sustainability Awards Top 100 Sustainable Companies of 2026 – celebrating businesses challenging convention and shaping a more sustainable future.
For us, sustainability isn’t an afterthought. It’s our foundation. From the way we create our lab-grown diamonds to the materials we choose for our jewellery, every decision reflects our belief that luxury and responsibility should go hand in hand.
A New Way to Create Diamonds

Born from the sky and made in the Cotswolds, Skydiamond is redefining what it means to create sustainable fine jewellery. At our Sky Lab in Gloucestershire, we harness four elements – atmospheric carbon, rainwater, wind and sun – to create carbon-negative lab-grown diamonds.
Rather than extracting precious materials from the earth, we capture carbon from the atmosphere and transform it into something lasting. Powered by renewable energy, our process offers another way forward for the jewellery industry, where scientific innovation and British craftsmanship come together.
Our commitment extends beyond the stones themselves. We use recycled precious metals, including gold and platinum, alongside reclaimed fine silver. Through considered design and responsible material choices, we’re working towards a more circular approach to luxury.
Redefining the Future of Luxury

We believe the future of fine jewellery lies in asking better questions. What if beauty could be created without the environmental cost of traditional extraction? What if innovation allowed us to cherish the things we love while making a more considered choice for the planet?
These questions continue to shape our work. Every Skydiamond represents a different way of thinking about luxury – one guided by nature, advanced by science and brought to life through thoughtful design.
Our environmental impact is also supported by independent assessment.
Looking Ahead
Being named among the Top 100 Sustainable Companies of 2026 is a meaningful milestone for our team. It recognises the importance of rethinking how things are made and reinforces our ambition to keep pushing boundaries in the fine-jewellery industry.
We’re proud of how far we’ve come, but our work continues. Through innovation, design and a commitment to doing things differently, we’ll keep proving that there is another way.
Luxury doesn’t have to cost the Earth.
