We hope you’ll be completely happy with your Skydiamond but if not we guarantee a full refund or exchange as long as your purchase is returned complete, unworn and undamaged.

Please download and complete our Returns form below, and include it with the item you are returning.
Your Skydiamond should be sent back in its original packaging within 28 days of purchase. Please note that Skydiamond will not be responsible for return postage.
We recommend using a secure, trackable method and insure the item as we will not be responsible for loss in transit. Be sure to keep your proof of postage.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings unless faulty.
