Delivery and Taxes
For all orders we are pleased to offer complimentary delivery. We aim to ship your order within 7 working days from the day of purchase, unless specified otherwise as outlined below.
UK Delivery
For all ready-made jewellery across earrings, bracelets and necklaces, your order will arrive within 5 - 7 working days.
All rings offer a complimentary resize, which will arrive within 4-6 weeks.
For Bespoke orders, delivery is within 6 weeks of when the final design has been confirmed.
International Delivery
For all ready-made jewellery across earrings, bracelets and necklaces, your order will arrive within 10 working days.
All rings offer a complimentary resize, which will arrive within 8 weeks.
For Bespoke orders, delivery is within 8 weeks of when the final design has been confirmed.
Your Skydiamond will be delivered fully insured by our expert couriers. Please be aware that all deliveries need to be signed for, and photographic ID may be required. If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a note and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.
Duties & Taxes
We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order for orders delivered in the United Kingdom, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees.
For deliveries outside of the United Kingdom, the price you pay on Skydiamond.com will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to our courier to release your order from customs. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing a DAP (Delivery At Place) order.
For all orders you assume all risk of confiscation en route. If customs should confiscate or return the merchandise to us, you are still responsible for all shipping charges including return shipping charges.
Returns
We hope you’ll be completely happy with your Skydiamond but if not we guarantee complimentary refund or exchange. We can only accept returns or exchanges that are unworn, undamaged and in the original Skydiamond packaging within 28 days of purchase. Please be aware that we cannot refund bespoke or engraved pieces, and for hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings unless faulty.

We recommend using a secure, trackable method and insure the item as we will not be responsible for loss in transit. Be sure to keep your proof of postage. Please note that Skydiamond are not responsible for the return postage.
